ENLISTMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMME

 

1.All officers may enlist in their command, anyone regardless of race, sex, nationality or conviction. Limitations are in place as to the number of personnel within each command.A list is provided below. fig 1.1. All surplus enquires are to be channelled to the Recruitment officer HQ Battalion. HQ Battalion staff will be recruited from the fighting arms only.

a) Fighting Companies may have no more then 30 persons divided into 3 Fire sections.An extra company will be raised if required.

b) Battalions may have no more then 4 Fighting Companies and 1 HQ Company, an extra Battalion will be raised if demand indicates.

C) Support Battalions as postings.

D) Regimental levels will not exceed 1 support Battalion and three fighting Battalions.A Second Regiment will be raised if required.

 

2. Only The Officer commanding (OC)or staff acting on the CO's orders may raise any group connected to this Regiment.

3. The Enlistment training programme (as per Enlistment page) must be followed at all times.Exceptions are to be sanctioned by the CO.

4. It is the duty of all Officers to ensure protocol is meet and manpower levels are sustained to mount operations.

5. All actions to be reported to the relevant HQ Batt officer and the CO as soon as possible (ASAP).

6. Multi Battalion and Multi company training is encouraged by HQ Batt.

7. Officers are expected to regularly conduct training exercise's with there command, and report all actions to the relevant HQ Batt Officer.Note: Training with attached awards must be submitted and approved by The Training officer HQ Battalion.

 

MOUNTING OPERATIONS

 

8.All Commanding officers may mount operations with their command via approval of the Operations planning officer (HQ Batt).It will be the commanding officers responsibility to raise the fighting element from his own command.If Manpower levels can not be reached from the source Company/Battalion the operation will become Regimental and manpower from all fighting companies will be disposed.The senior officer to be on the battlefield will relieve the source officer of total command. Officers in this command become the Multiple Commander (MC).It is an offence instigate hostile action with out suitable manpower.Joint operations with another team must be approved by the Operations planning officer

9. The information required by Operations planning officer will be fig 1.2

a) opposition force (OPPFOR)(Team Name) and parent country (Usually the webmasters)

b) Date and time of contact (GMT)

c) The host team and server

d) The operations code name (no bad language please)

e) Which organisation is mounting the operation

f) Manpower to be used and if your command will meet this

10. All ranks with in the operational eliminate are to report if they are available to engage the OPPFOR

11. Communication will be via the Intel message board (secure) and/or ICQ. Do not use Public lines of communication that is a disciplinary offence (PM,RSM and CSM's note)

12. It is recommended that all operational personnel report to the start line early and a ICQ chat (hosted by the senior officer on the battlefield) session used to organise the order of battle and tactics.

 

TIMINGS

13. All timings will be conducted at Greenwich mean time (GMT)for administrative purposes.

PROMOTIONS

14 Officers promotions will be awarded by the CO only or an HQ Battalion officer under orders from the CO.

15 Other ranks promotion awards may be conducted by commanding officers with in their command (with approval of the CO)or senior HQ Battalion officers.With in fighting companies a tactical balance is required.

 

DISCIPLINE

16 It is an offence to have dual membership with another team. Punishment, Court marshalled and stripped of rank and awards including the Red Beret and wings.

17 Unapproved missions are not acceptable, including missions for other teams.Provost Marshals discretion

18 Disclosing tactical and confidential information to any one out side of the Regiment is an offence.Provost Marshals discretion

19 Unsociable conduct is an offence, to another team member or to the public even when provoked.This includes racism, sexism, out of context direct abusive language and general discourtesy.Provost Marshals discretion

20 Not adhering to this document.Provost Marshals discretion

21 Disputing the punishment. It is the right of all personnel to dispute the findings of the investigating officer.All disputes are to be directed to the OC or his substitute and a hearing will be held at a selected time (ICQ chat)

HONOURING THE RED BERET

22. You are to do everything in your power to help if asked an owner of a 1st Pathfinder Regt red beret,whether they are part of the current team or not. Restrictions apply to ex-personnel stripped of there beret, listings on role call under Dishonourable discharge.No tactical information or restricted information may be pasted, report anyone asking for such information to the Provost Marshal ASAP.
